Emotions - poetry

Like the glistening dew drops on the besotted leaf

Like the stolen thousand rupee note in the pocket of a thief

Like the pride in the eyes of a successful son’s mother

Like after ages a brother meets another brother

The effervescence in emotions never fails to make way

This speciality of humans has no area which is grey

The most beautiful part is the lack of control

The utter uselessness of trying to patrol

One can’t reverse the flow of a river

Emotions are a peek into the reason for which we were made by the giver.
